Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return items in accordance with the policy outlined below.


1. Eligibility Window

​Standard Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery/purchase.


2. Conditions for Return

  ​To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • ​Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • ​Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase including your Order# is required.       

3. Refund Type

​Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

​Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied ​to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. 

​Note: Actual posting time to your account may vary by bank.


4. Return Process & Shipping

 


  • Return Shipping:
    • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • Customer Preference: If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We charge a 15% restocking fee on these items.

5. Exchanges

​We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@racking.ca and follow the return process above.


6. Missing or Delayed Refunds

  •  If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
  •  Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
